Training that changes behaviour.
Masterclasses are not lectures. They are working sessions — real animals, real records, real numbers — run for farmers who want to build something serious. Every participant leaves with a plan they can act on, not a folder of notes they will never read again.
Sessions are facilitated in English and isiNdebele, and are designed for everyone from new entrants to established breeders looking to tighten up their programme.

- Record keeping and enterprise numbers
- Marketing, pricing and building relationships with buyers
How it runs
- Pre-session questionnaire. We learn what you already know and what you need.
- Full-day or multi-day masterclass. Practical, participatory, on-site where possible.
- Take-home workbook. Templates, checklists and record-keeping tools.
- Follow-up call. Two weeks after the class to help you act on the plan.
- Ongoing access. Join a growing network of farmers who share and support one another.
